Several options available for paying HOA dues

The second quarterly payment of the HOA fees is due this month. There are several options available for making payments:

• Coupon books were mailed to all lot owners in December. You can mail your payment with the coupon to the address shown on the coupon.
• If you do not have a coupon, you can mail your check to: AIM Services, 12154 Darnestown Road #618, Gaithersburg, MD, 20878.
• Pay online at: aim-services.net. If you have not already registered for a username and password, you will need to do so prior to paying your bill online. If you have a username and password, you can pay your bill using the website.
